The first ear piece was defective but replaced promptly. However the second one turned up and had been used as it came with a lump of ear wax and was scratched. This was promptly replaced and I keep my fingers crossed. Personaly delivered a new one all A1! These problems wern't of your making but I think you should be feeding the second issue back to your supplier. Foneshop response: All noted, QC department has now changed a process so this does not occur again. Appreciate your understanding.
